Cup, boot, piston and spring — so a workshop can rebuild instead of replace.

A repair kit restores a leaking brake or clutch cylinder instead of replacing it: cups, seals, pistons and dust boots matched to the bore. Disben supplies EPDM and SBR kits for bores 14–32 mm, boxed with the OE reference printed on the label. Kits are offered for cylinders we supply, so the seal compound is known rather than guessed.

A repair kit rebuilds a cylinder instead of replacing it. The economics only work if the kit is complete and the rubber is the right compound — a kit that is missing one boot, or swells in the wrong fluid, costs a workshop the job twice.
Cup seal, dust boot, piston and spring. The kit only fits the bore it was made for, so the part number it rebuilds is printed on the label and on the carton.
EPDM or SBR, matched to DOT 3 or DOT 4. A kit with the wrong compound can swell within weeks and undo a repair that was done correctly.
A cylinder with a sound bore and a failed cup is a rebuild, not a replacement. In markets where labour is cheaper than parts, that difference is the whole aftermarket.
A kit fails quietly: the box arrives complete, and one boot is the wrong size. The check that matters is contents against the bill of materials, per part number, before packing.
We do not own production lines. Kits are assembled and packed at audited factories, with at least three sources compared before quoting.
Every kit is checked against its bill of materials before packing — the failure mode here is a missing or wrong-sized component, not a pressure leak.
EPDM or SBR confirmed per part number and matched to the fluid the kit is sold for, DOT 3 or DOT 4.
Pre-production audit, during-production monitoring and an AQL pre-shipment check with photographs; third-party inspection on request.
A repair kit rebuilds a cylinder instead of replacing it: cup seal, dust boot, piston and spring, in EPDM or SBR for DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluid. A kit only fits the bore it was made for, so the part number it belongs to is printed on every kit label and carton.
Minimum per model, mixed models allowed in one order.
Dispatch for references already held in stock.
Production for a reference that has to be made.
One inquiry list answered as one quotation, within a day.
Cross-referenced against TRW, LPR, Metelli and A.B.S. numbers. A quotation names every reference a part number covers, so your counter can check it against stock before you commit.

Kits are the easiest line to private-label and the easiest to get wrong, because the label has to carry both your brand and the part number the kit rebuilds.
Send the number off the old unit — or a list, or a photo of it. You get the equivalent part number, the references it covers, the price per volume tier and the lead time, within 24 working hours.
One sourcing desk for the whole hydraulic range, so a mixed container can carry all five.
Tandem and single-circuit units, pressure tested
Matched left and right pairs for drum axles
Integrated or remote reservoir, EPDM seals
External and concentric types, pre-assembled
Part numbers currently held in this line, with the OE references each one covers. Send a list and we quote against it — or ask about a number that is not listed here.
