Tandem and single-circuit master cylinders, quoted on the OE number they replace — pressure and leak tested one by one.

A brake master cylinder turns pedal force into hydraulic pressure for the whole brake circuit. Disben supplies tandem and single-circuit units in cast iron or aluminium, bore 19–32 mm, with integrated or remote reservoirs, matched to the OE reference it replaces. Every unit is pressure and leak tested; brake-by-wire modules and ABS pump assemblies are outside this line.

Two things decide whether a master cylinder works on a given vehicle: the circuit layout and the body it is made from. Both follow the OE number, not the badge on the bonnet — one model can take more than one master cylinder across its run.
Cast iron or aluminium, stated per part number. The body carries the reservoir and the rear seal seat, so the material is named on the quotation rather than assumed across the range.
Bore across this line runs 19–32 mm. Cups are EPDM, matched to DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluid — the wrong compound swells and the pedal sinks long before anything reaches the floor.
Integrated or remote reservoir. The reservoir interface and the pushrod belong to the part, which is why we quote from the OE number and never from the vehicle model alone.
We do not own production lines. Every part number is placed with one of the 1,000+ audited factories we buy from, and the four checks below are what decide whether a batch ships.
At least three sources are compared per part number before a price is offered. If no source holds the reference, we say so instead of substituting something close.
Every unit is held at 1.5× working pressure at end of line with no drop across the seal. The result is kept as a batch record you can ask for by part number.
Pre-production audit, during-production monitoring and an AQL pre-shipment check, with photographs sent for approval before the container is loaded.
SGS, BV or TüV inspection arranged at your cost and on your scope, when your market or your own customer asks for it.
This line covers the vehicles where one cylinder feeds both brake circuits. Bore range 19–32 mm across the range; the applications below are the ones importers order most, and the OE number decides which variant of the line a given vehicle actually takes.
Minimum per model, mixed models allowed in one order.
Dispatch for references already held in stock.
Production for a reference that has to be made.
One inquiry list answered as one quotation, within a day.
Cross-referenced against TRW, LPR, Metelli and A.B.S. numbers. A quotation names every reference a part number covers, so your counter can check it against stock before you commit.

A private label only works if order twenty looks like order one. We build the packaging around your brand and keep a print-ready master file, so a reprint is a file, not a re-design.
Send the number off the old unit — or a list, or a photo of it. You get the equivalent part number, the references it covers, the price per volume tier and the lead time, within 24 working hours.
One sourcing desk for the whole hydraulic range, so a mixed container can carry all five.
Matched left and right pairs for drum axles
Integrated or remote reservoir, EPDM seals
External and concentric types, pre-assembled
Cups, seals, pistons and dust boots by bore
Part numbers currently held in this line, with the OE references each one covers. Send a list and we quote against it — or ask about a number that is not listed here.
