A brake wheel cylinder pushes the shoes apart inside a drum brake. Disben supplies matched left- and right-hand pairs in cast iron or aluminium, bore 14–32 mm, with EPDM cups and dust boots for DOT 3 and DOT 4 fluid. The two-bolt flange mounting is built to the OE reference; a single side is quoted as one half of a pair, because drum brakes are serviced in axle sets.

A wheel cylinder lives at the bottom of the car, behind a drum, in whatever the road throws at it. Corrosion and cooked cups retire more of them than wear does, so the finish and the dust boot matter as much as the bore.
Cast iron or aluminium on a two-bolt flange. On a rear axle the body is the part that rusts first, which is why the finish is specified per part number rather than left to chance.
EPDM cups for DOT 3 and DOT 4, behind a dust boot that keeps grit off the piston. A boot that perishes lets the bore score long before the cup itself fails.
Left and right hand are not interchangeable on most applications, and the OE reference fixes which side a part number is. Ordering by side alone is how mismatched pairs come back.
